KFF notes that prior to the pandemic in a study taken in 2018, one in ten adults over 65 reported symptoms of depression and anxiety. A study conducted in August 2020 reports that now one in four adults over the age of 65 struggle with depression and anxiety. As these figures suggest, COVID-19 has been a difficult time for many, and cause for the immense increase in the number of people struggling with mental health issues.
CBD oil could be a revelation for individuals struggling to cope with their anxiety, restlessness, depression and insomnia.
